Eden Valley Artists take part in the Eden Valley Summer Festival

Eden Valley Artists (EVA) has organised and sponsored an art installation as part of the Eden Valley Festival produced by local primary school children, displayed on large boards, The display will be situated between Tom Bell’s fish & chip shop and the Eden Valley Artists' Gallery.

The installation is positioned in the High Street with the aim of brightening up the area for the duration of the Eden Valley Festival. Freshwater properties have kindly given permission for this event and it is hoped if successful, a long-term display will be permitted.

Every primary school in the Eden Valley area has taken part including Edenbridge Primary and Nursery, Four Elms, Hever, Chiddingstone and Crockham Hill schools.

Images show EVA members installing the display and passers-by stopping to admire the work. Comments received so far include 'brilliant', 'wicked', 'lovely' and 'I wish we could have something permanent like this here'.
